18. Why Did you decide to take a job as a Banker?

19. Are you a Good Fit for this Bank?

22. What are your biggest strengths?

So, you can not only mention your strength but also elaborate a little. For example, if your a smart team leader then quote some real-life examples to showcase your vigorousness.

Here your interviewer wants to check your interaction skills. Since you are going to work in a bank, make sure you demonstrate the same kind of environment in the answer.
